In addition, breathing also has psycho-emotional power - the ability to change how we feel. Have you noticed how you breathe when you are excited, stressed, scared? Watch you breath!


The breath helps to move stuck emotions and restore the natural flow of energy in the body.


Rebirth breathing is a safe and natural breathing method that connects you with the subconscious - your deepest thoughts, memories, beliefs, convictions, opinions and desires. ​

The revival breathing technique works at the cellular level, and during the breathing practice you can discover when, how and why the emotions caused by past experiences have been stored in your subconscious and how they are reflected in your everyday life today.



Everything that is currently happening around you is the result of your ways of thinking and your habits, which are repeated over and over again.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN ONLINE BREATHING SESSION?



Before the session:

*Have a notebook ready to take notes and things to write.

*Do not eat 1 hour before the breathing session and do not drink coffee 2 hours before the session.

*Pre-session fluids are used judiciously. So that you don't have to interrupt the session due to a visit to the toilet during the breathing session.

*Make sure you have a quiet place where you will not be disturbed during the session.

*You need headphones. Choose ones that fit well in the ears and will not fall out during the breathing process and will not interfere. The main thing is to hear everything well and not to disturb.

*Make sure you are heard and seen!


The breathing process itself takes place in a lying position.

- It is best to sleep on a thicker yoga mat or mattress other than the bed you usually sleep on at night.
-If you use a pillow, keep it small and not too high.
-Make sure you have a blanket to cover yourself with, if it's hot you can take it off, but there is something to cover yourself with if it stays high.
- The session will take place on the zoom.us platform with the cameras on. It's important for me to see your upper body, from head to hips/palms in a straight position - that way I can better assist during the breathing session.
-Make sure that nothing shines in your eyes and that you feel comfortable while sleeping.

After the session:

+You can also prepare water or tea in a thermos to drink after class.
+After class, try to plan a walk in nature or some peaceful activity that brings you joy.
+Try to spend this day in such a way as to keep the sense of peace you have gained as long as possible.
+Avoid large social activities if possible.



*No prior knowledge is required to participate in the breathing session.





WHERE WILL THE SESSION BE HELD?



Sessions take place on the Online ZOOM platform or by appointment in Bergen.



HOW LONG IS A SESSION?



The duration of a session is up to 2.5 hours.



HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE NECESSARY?



Minimum 5 sessions but recommend 10 which will be necessary to explore your birth story, heal your inner child, money mindsett, greatest fears and self confidence. The frequency depends on each individual. Maybe once a week, maybe once every two weeks. It is pronounced in the first session.



HOW DOES A BREATHING SESSION GO?



The breathing process itself takes place in a well-arranged place on the floor on a yoga mat or mattress, a blanket to cover yourself with will be useful to be warm and comfortable. Accompanied by soft music.



WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION?



Each person comes to the session with their own intention. With your intention, we enter the breathing process, where the only thing left is to breathe, in a connected breath (more info before the session) and let everything happen. The subconscious mind will reveal all the hidden underwater stones. The answers help to achieve the desired result more easily, you make all decisions in the process yourself.
